Hooked Up Ale House & Raw Bar in Millville

Went here with my dad after cleaning up the beach house. The happy hour specials are amazing. Cheap, and the quality/quantity of food is very impressive. Very rare nowadays to see a 35 cent wing night. Side note probably thee best fish tacos I've had anywhere. Rock fish was so fresh!

We went as a family of four. We were seated on the front side of the restaurant by the window. There were multiple flies that wouldn't leave our table area so we asked to move. Not the greatest impression to start off. The waitress seemed irritable and acted like she didn't even want to be there. She was minimally helpful at best and her attitude sorta killed our mood. I had to get up to ask for napkins and silverware. The food was okay. I got the tuna steak sandwich which I know should be medium rare, but it was RARE. It was a little hard to eat but I wanted to get out of there so I said nothing. We tolerated this place, but in a town with so many places to eat, we will not be back.

Food and was good. It would be a 5 star for us but we felt as though we were being rushed out by the waitress. She was taking plates before we were finished and as we were finishing our beer she was removing my napkin and looking for things to take away. The restaurant had plenty of space and no one was waiting at the time. The food was served promptly and was hot. Other than being rushed out we did like the restaurant.

Food was delicious and the curbside carry out was on point. The food is absolutely amazing. The crab dip was so flavorful. The wings were the best I have had in a long time. The cobb salad was so tasty. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Flies are still a problem... We picked up our napkins & a half dead fly fell out of each of them. Some large flying bug was also near dead convulsing on the window sill for most of our meal. Makes me wonder what kind of poison they were using near the tables 🤢Food was okay, fish tacos pretty tasty. Girlfriend sandwich not that great. Our server was nice and sympathetic about the flies, but now reading the reviews I realize this is a long term problem. Don't think we will be back...

(My opinon) Best local sports bar that has freshest raw bar, gr8 food, superb staff, cold beer and drinks. Also has a huge pool table room with high tops. Love this place...

Not the best experience sadly. Wait staff were excellent. Food was underwhelming and under cooked. Under cooked chicken and under cooked clams were not what we had been hoping for. As said before. Wait staff did everything in their power to make it better though. So, 5 stars for wait staff -1 for food prep.

Our food and drinks were spot on! Delicious! The icing on the cake was our server ... 30+years in the business Angelina is one of the best she made our experience perfect

On the outside, it is a bar in a strip mall, but on the inside it feels like that old established corner bar that I love. Food, drinks and service were all spot on. Friendly atmosphere.

Staff always very friendly and make great suggestions. atmosphere is laid back . Dewey Selects Oysters are right on. Nice wine list and great crushes.I'm not not a margarita person but I watched many being delivered ..Signature cocktails a must. Really good burgers with all the fixings.Great fish fry.A couple of must tries..Bacon wrapped Scallops, Truffled Parmesan Wings and Oh I love me some Fire roasted Asparagus Over all just a nice Sports bar with friendly people

Casual sports bar atmosphere with a nice higher end selection of food. Good craft beer choices on tap and a nice selection of drink specials. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Wait staff was friendly and fast.

New menu hard to understand, not sure what is a sandwich. Ordered mussels, my favorite, and half the shells were empty, when I told the waitress she said they were there just outside the shell, this was not the case. Ordered chicken Caesar salad with chicken, half a chicken breast and it was like rubber. We live close by will not be coming back again. Expected better quality from the “Hooked” restaurants

The food was good, the beer was cold, and our server was very good. What was not good was the hostess giving our table away to some regulars. When we arrived there was one hostess that greeted us and told us that they were bussing a table and as soon as it was clean we would be seated. As we waited, a second hostess came to the desk and a couple walked in. The hostess recognized the other couple and told them that they would be seated as soon as the table was cleared. Sure enough they got that table and we got to share another table with an other party of three. That's not good business and as such my two star rating.

Sat at the bar for dinner..good food and fast service! Barramundi was excellent!

Decent, above average for the beach. On the positive side, it wasn't that busy. On the negative side, the food was just average. Nachos had cheese wiz, which is probably one of my biggest pet peeves. If you are melting real cheese over chips why mess up a perfect thing?

Went here on a local recommendation to get my oyster fix. Great job, awesome selection that always rotates for what's fresh. Great service and some of the cleanest oysters I've had. So much so I put down 6 dozen. Great regular menu too. Can't wait to go back in a few weeks. Very friendly staff.

Went there before and were very disapointed with the food. Decided to give it another try. Well the food was awesome this time.Service was great. We will be back. And take a look at this sandwich 👍 👍

The blackened tuna sandwich was delicious. The burger was good but be forewarned it has two patties. They serve bar food but very good bar food.

I'm not one to post reviews, but my wings and burger were delicious and the waitress (Angeline?) was very personable. Even on a busy Saturday night, I never ran out of beer. Love the vibe!

Nice atmosphere. We had a delicious lunch. I ate a grilled mahi sandwich. Will definitely go again!

I've been getting burgers from Hooked up for a couple of years now and they are consistently good. I once bit into a metal/plastic twist tie that was in my burger one time but honestly, the burgers and fries here are so good that I can overlook that.

A large group and I came here to get take out. I got the chicken fingers. It was okay, I’m getting it tastes better when you dine-in tho. Take out wasn’t that good. Chewy fries and dry chicken tenders

Excellent wings!! However, watering down of sauces and dressings unfortunately detracts from their yumminess.

Food was good, despite my allergies, staff was very accommodating.

Had a nice time here with my friend. The Calimari is tasty and spicy! My friend brought his guitar and the guy playing let him play a couple songs which was pretty cool. Good crowd and nice space. Wish the bar staff was a little more attentive, but they were busy.

Good food, good beer selection, pretty good location. I had the steak and cheese and it was a very tasty sandwich. They have a seasonal beer list, and a fantastic happy hour.

More than half the calamari was just jalapeños, peach drink tasted like pure lemon and alcohol, corn salad had very little corn, service was slow...their crab cake burger, raw oysters, and shrimp on the salad were good though
